Every crane lift starts with a plan, and the quality of that plan directly determines how safely and efficiently the work gets done. Phase 1: Site Assessment and Information Gathering

Phase 3: Engineering Calculations and Documentation
This is where the formal lift plan takes shape. Our engineers calculate load radius, crane capacity at that radius, rigging loads, and sling angles. Those calculations are then translated into detailed documentation covering:

Phase 4: Review, Approval, and Pre-Lift Meeting
Before any lift proceeds, the plan goes through a formal review process. Depending on contract requirements, this may involve client approval or third-party review in addition to our internal sign-off. Once approved, the plan drives a structured pre-lift meeting with everyone involved in the operation.
That meeting brings together the crane operator, riggers and signal person, site supervisors, and any other personnel with a defined role in the lift sequence. The pre-lift meeting is a safety checkpoint where every participant confirms they understand the plan, their role, and the conditions on the ground. If site conditions have changed since the plan was finalized, this is where adjustments get made or work gets stopped until conditions are right.
